If you told me a few years ago I’d be running my own lash business, I probably wouldn’t have believed you.

During lockdown, I had no job, no direction, and absolutely no idea what I wanted to do with my life. I felt lost — like I was stuck in limbo with no real plan.

Out of boredom, I started making strip lashes for fun. That small creative outlet gave me something to focus on, and before I knew it, I was obsessed. I found myself practising lash styles, watching tutorials, and soaking up everything I could online.

Eventually, I took a leap and enrolled in an online lash course.

That one decision completely changed my life.

When the World Opened Up, So Did My Business

 As soon as the lockdown restrictions lifted, I started taking on clients — just a few here and there at first, mostly people I knew. I practised constantly, posted my sets on Instagram, and slowly started building confidence.

Things took off faster than I expected.

What started as a lockdown hobby quickly became a fully booked lash business. Within months, I was working for myself full-time — and I haven’t looked back since.
